Celebrating Women's History Month

The month of March is Women’s History Month. Baylor University will recognize and celebrate contributions from women with several upcoming events that include a recital, reception to celebrate the women who are part of Baylor faculty, a multicultural women's symposium, and reflections on women's history.

The Department of History is hosting six panelists from their department to speak, reflect, and educate others on women’s history. This event is open and free to the public, as well as Baylor faculty and students. These women will speak on religious christian romance novels, sororities, Mormon women’s patriarchal negotiations, controversial civil rights activists, and Christian nationalism.
